There is a minimum stay of 3 nights over bank holiday, 4 nights over Easter, 5 nights Christmas /New Year, 4 nights tenting in August and 7 nights in a caravan in August. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking for these dates.
A £30 deposit per week is required for all other dates.

A minimum stay of 2 nights in all months apart from August, which is a 3 night minimum stay. Easter/Christmas is a minimum of 4 nights & all other bank holidays is a minimum of 3 nights. Full payment is required when booking a Tipi.
One night stays - if we have a 1 night slot; we will hire the Tipis for a single night with a surcharge to cover house keeping/cleaning costs of £5 per Tipi.
4 authentic furnished Tipis, 4 modern furnished Tipis & 4 cowboy furnished Tipi tents & 4 unfurnished Tipis:
Sleeping up to 64 people - 32 adults & 32 children. With the 10% discount; this works out at £864 per night - which can be as little as £13.50 each.
4 furnished authentic Tipis, 4 furnished modern Tipis, 4 furnished cowboy tents, tenting field for up to 14 tents (or 24 people) with 14 hook ups (metered), caravan area with 6 hook electric hook ups (metered), which can be used for either caravans/campers or tents and use of all our facilities and use of separate field for additional parking or activities.
Sleeping up to 104 people - 32 adults & 32 children in the Tipis and 40 people in the tents & caravans. With a 20% discount; this works out at £960 per night - which can be as little as £9.24 per person.
A £100 deposit per night is required to secure group bookings with the balance due 2 months before arrival.

As our electricity bill almost doubled in 2008, we were left with the decision on how to include these rises in our prices. We have decided NOT to increase our pitch fees, but to simple charge visitors for the amount of electricity which they have used.
We hope this will make visitors aware of their electricity consumption, and avoid unnecessary wastage of energy.
As we have so many different visitors - some who love staying at Pinewood all day long (and who can blame them), and those whom are out all day long - we feel that this is the fairest way to deal with the energy rises. You will only be paying for the amount you use.
Any caravans/campers/tents using electric, but not on a meter will be charged £15 per night inclusive of electric (for up to 2 people)
Office opening hours are 9am - 7pm
Arrival times for caravans & tents is 12noon - 7pm. Departure time is by 11am.
Arrival times for all Tipis is 4pm - 7pm. Departure time is by 11am.
Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days, after which time, a deposit or full payment is required (depending on when you are arriving). If payment has not received within this period, the booking will be cancelled. No refunds will be given.
Sorry, no refunds underANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you cancel a booking, for any reason, we do not offer refunds - however; if over 1 month's notice has been given, and ONLY if we are able to fill all of the nights you had booked, we are happy to offer you an alternative date/dates of our choice.
Deposits. When paying a deposit; full payment will be required within 2 months of arrival. When you call us to pay the balance; payment for the days which you originally booked will be due; regardless of whether you would like to reduce the amount of days which you would like to stay. This is because while you have secured your booking with a deposit; we have not been able to book these dates with anyone else. You would not be happy if when you turned up, we had booked someone else on your dates - well it's the same difference with us. Hope this is understandable.
Whatever nights you have booked - you will have to pay for - even if you leave early (because it's raining for example).

A £50 deposit secures a Tipi / Cowboy Camping Shack booking with the balance due 2 months before arrival.
FULL payment is now required with ALL caravan & tent bookings – we regret having to ask for this, but so many guests have let us down this year by booking a certain number of nights & then arriving & changing their nights, but not wanting to pay for the nights which they originally booked. We have been left with lots of empty nights which we could have filled by guests whom we had previously turned away.
WEEKEND BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE TAKEN DURING PEAK TIMES

Tent pitches are based on a maximum size of a 3-4 man tent. If you are bringing a large tent; you will need to pay for 2 tent pitches. Please provide us with your tent size when booking.
