Pinewood is the perfect location if you are looking for somewhere unique and memorable to celebrate your wedding.
Karen & Guy from Scarborough were the first couple to celebrate their wedding at Pinewood.
Pinewood does not have a wedding license, but you can either have a wedding blessing here or a wedding celebration once you are officially married.

You can choose a theme, or just enjoy your celebrations in a much more laid back atmosphere
Wedding celebrations at Pinewood can be as basic or as lavish as you wish them to be.
Pinewood can hold for up to 118 guests (40 in their own tents/caravans & 78 in our Tipis and Camping Cabins).
You can organise your own food; whether it be a huge BBQ, a fish & chip van, a hog roast, bringing in outside cateres or doing the food yourselves.
Pinewood is not licensed, but you are more than welcome to bring your own alcohol - although we not encourage excessive drinking - these celebrations are about spending time with family and friends in a unique way.
You can hire a marquee, bring gazebos, bouncy castles and games - there is no additional charge for these, but details must be confirmed when booking your wedding.
You can hire your favourite band, have karaoke. We do have a number of contacts for local bands who have already played at Pinewood.
The perfect end to the ending has to be toasting marshmallows around the campfire (obviously only space for about 20 people!).
To have your wedding celebration at Pinewood you do need to hire the whole Tipi Campground, touring area and the camping field as other guests would not want to be in the middle of your celebrations!!
Your wedding celebrations then become a 2 (or more!) night event - with the bride and groom relaxing and having a much more laid back wedding.

In addition to the discount; all guests (including yourselves!) also get the opportunity to return within 1 year and receive a further 10% discount - so you could all arrange a 1st Wedding Anniversary Party!! or have a quieter weekend away!!
A 10% group discount is offered on all weekend weddings and group bookings apart from bank holidays and in August. A weekend booking is a Friday & Saturday night.
A 15% discount is offered on mid week wedding celebrations (apart from in August and school holidays).
There is generally a minimum stay of 2 nights at all times of year apart from bank holidays and August (please call for details on these). Out of season, there may be a possiblitiy of a 1 night wedding celebration - with less guests actually staying on site - please call for details.

Marquees and gazebos can be brought along. Prior arrangement of these is required.
If you would prefer to have a 'wet weekend' option - Woody's Barn is the perfect venue!!
Woody's Barn is our very own Cowboy Saloon. It is an emporium of western artifacts and is a very fun and unique venue. The barn is not licensed, so are still welcome to bring your own drinks, as well as food. There is a stage for a band or this can be used for extra seating. The maximum capacity in the Barn is 80 people - so this obviously can not be used if you are using all the available spaces to the full capacity (i.e. filling the tenting field as well as the Tipis with guests - most group bookings use the tenting field for activities).

Craig & Victoria's friends surprised them with a tree which they planted after their blessing to celebrate their wedding. There's now a permanent reminder of their wedding at Pinewood.

Terms and conditions
A £100 per night deposit secures your booking.
The balance is payable 2 months before your arrival date.
Discounts do not apply on bank Holiday, School Holidays and in August.
A minimum stay of 2 nights, apart from Bank Holidays (3 nights), Easter (4 nights)
Please call for details on an August wedding.
A £200 deposit REFUNDABLE deposit will be required before your wedding.
Any damages will unfortunately be charge for.
