Pinewood is the perfect location for a group booking - whether a Birthday celebration, a charity event, a team building exercise, a family reunion, a school visit, a wedding celebration, a staff weekend away or even a group of friends who like organising breaks away together.

You can enjoy a themed break and get dressed up as Cowboys and Indians! Or just enjoy the unusual venue.

A 10% group discount is offered on all weekend group bookings apart from bank holidays, school holidays and in August. A weekend booking is a Friday & Saturday night.

A 15% discount is offered on mid week group bookings (apart from in August and school and bank holidays).

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights at all times of year apart from bank holidays and School Holidays (please call for details on these).

A group booking would consist of all our Tipis & Cabins being hired as well as the tenting field (which is generally used for activities) and the small touring caravan area.

A 10% DISCOUNT IS GIVEN WHEN ALL THE TIPIS, COWBOY TENTS & COWBOY CAMPING SHACKS, TOURING AREA AND CAMPING FIELD ARE RENTED OUT AS A BLOCK BOOKING.

A group booking consists of 4 furnished authentic Tipis, 8 furnished modern Tipis, 2 furnished cowboy tents, 4 Cowboy Camping Shacks,  2 Western Wagons, the samll touring area (for 8 people) and the tenting field for up to 14 tents (or 32 people) with 14 hook ups (metered),  which can be used for either tents or activities and use of all our facilities and use of separate field for additional parking or activities.

Sleeping up to 118 people - 40 adults & 38 children in the Tipis and themed accommoadtion, 8 guets in the touring area and 32 people in the tents. With a 10% discount; this works out at £1530 per night - which can be as little as £12.97 per person.

A £100 deposit per night is required to secure group bookings with the balance due 2 months before arrival.
