Pinewood is the perfect destination to hold a charity event - whether to raise funds, raise awareness or for the charity members to enjoy - Pinewood is unique and fun.
We are proud to support a number of charities and our 'adopted' charity for 2011 is a charity called Bebold. This is a charity which supports children, and their families, who have alopecia.
Bebold held their first ever annual event at Pinewood in 2010 and the weekend really helped the children with low self esteem and was just a really fun way to meet other sufferers from all around Britain. The weekend was such a success that Bebold have already booked for 2011; with an additional day in which to fit in even more fun!!
Laurence, Stefan, from Jelly Roll Jazz Band were kind enough to entertain Bebold members.

Charity events can be organised to suit your own needs. We are happy to help, but we are also happy for you to use your own imagination.
Every registered charity will receive a 10% discount as with all other group bookings when hiring the whole site.
During your actual event, each charity will receive an additional 15% discount presented to them by cheque - bringing the total discount to 25%.
Group hire for 20 Tipis/cabins and camping field plus additional field for activities is:
A 10% DISCOUNT IS GIVEN WHEN ALL THE TIPIS, COWBOY TENTS & COWBOY CAMPING SHACKS AND CAMPING FIELD ARE RENTED OUT AS A BLOCK BOOKING.
A group consists of 4 furnished authentic Tipis, 8 furnished modern Tipis, 2 furnished cowboy tents, 4 Cowboy Camping Shacks, 2 further units and the tenting field for up to 14 tents (or 32 people) with 14 hook ups (metered), which can be used for either tents or activities and use of all our facilities and use of separate field for additional parking or activities.
Sleeping up to 110 people - 40 adults & 38 children in the Tipis and 32 people in the tents. With a 10% discount; this works out at £1461.60 per night - which can be as little as £13.29 per person.
A £100 deposit per night is required to secure group bookings with the balance due 2 months before arrival.
A CHEQUE FOR THE ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT OF 15% WOULD BE PRESENTED DURING THE EVENT. DURING A 2 DAY EVENT THE CHEQUE WOULD BE FOR AN ADDITIONAL £487.20 AS WELL AS THE ORIGINAL 10% DISCOUNT.
Woody's barn is a great indoor venue at Pinewood, and further details can be found on the website page above.
A 20% discount is also available for all charities wanting to make use of Woody's Barn, but this must be booked and arranged in advance as this has other uses and gets booked up fast.
Price for Woody's barn (with discount) : £32 per hour in the day time, £155 night ( 7pm - midnight), £112 day (12 noon - 6pm) or 12 noon - 12 midnight £240. Maximum barn occupancy is 80 people.
Proof of registered charity must be given at time of booking.
